Backend development and payment service integration

I'm in need of a backend developer proficient in Java and Spring boot to help with tasks related to backend API creation and integration. I have a complete front-end UI, and need corresponding APIs written for it. Here are the key areas of focus:
- Write approximately 20 backend APIs. The exact number may increase as the project progresses.
- Integrate both Stripe and PayPal for payment handling. Experience with these platforms is ideal.
- Implement specific features including user authentication, file uploads, database integration and payment integration. Knowledge in these areas is great.
