Backend development for a e learning type platform

I'm looking for a talented backend developer to develop a e-learning platform. The platform should be developed using Node js and the database system I recommend is MongoDB. The platform should contain a user registration and management feature, course catalog, payment gateway, and quiz/test functionality. The developer should be well versed in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, Ruby. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of backend development and previous projects that demonstrate their skills, as well as experience developing e-learning platforms.
