I'm on the need to hire a Sr. Java programmer for backoffice for a cloud app.

Development languages knowledge and experience

Java (senior level)
SQL (semi-senior)

Javascript (regular, easy things)
Html ((regular, easy things)

Apache, Cloud technologies, VPS, Linux, etc


My current need is a low-budget project to insert html/css into a Java based app.
We are asking for quotation and payment will be by milestones, up on delivery.
