Automated bot to find flat for rent in Milan

Hey there!
For the initial phase of my project I would like to build a system that puts together new listings for apartments for rent in Milan in real time from 4 different marketplaces specializing in rentals and sends updates in a Telegram channel and/or Whatsapp chat.
To do this I was thinking of using an RSS Feed linked to a Bot via Make, however I am open to other options.
Here's a challenge: sometimes the same flat ad is posted on more than one real estate marketplace, how do we avoid posting the same ad twice in the Telegram/Whatsapp chat
As mentioned before this is the first phase of this project, should it be validated it will be necessary to add complexity to the project. If you are interested in this project, please contact me and let's talk about it!
