Automated Report Downloader Using Selenium

I'm in need of a skilled freelancer who can leverage Selenium to create a web scraper that will download a report from a specific web portal I have access to.

Key Requirements:

- Proficiency with Selenium framework for web scraping.
- The capability to schedule the web scraper to run at specific intervals, with a current need to run every 5 minutes.

The steps are

1. login to portal
2. Go to alert section
3. select report from left side frame ( there are 10 different )
4. select filter for time frame
5. select on excel download
6. It opens download progress from where need to download the excel file
7. save file in a folder

I can specify the Report name to script so it download the report and file name where it will save the data.
