Authorize.Net Billing Fixes and Java/MongoDB Fixes and Modifications

I need a senior developer who is skilled in Authorize.net payment gateway, Java and MongoDB. The developer must be fluent in English, so there are no mis-communications.
I have a site at https://www.ncasearch.com which will need some fixes and modifications.
I use Authorize.net payment gateway and have some issues with updating my client account data to their Customer Information Manager. Accounts have become dissconncted or are missing data.
I have some other fixes and features I need to add to the site.
Also, the developer did not add notes, so he will need to be contacted to understand some of the code.
I am also looking for a devloper who can look after the site to handle any tech issues that may arrise and for any future development.
