Audio Feedback in Yolov4 Mobile Application Object Detection

I have been developing a mobile application to detect road signs but I don't know how to make the application produce audio feedback each time road signs are detected. I'm using yolov4 as an object detection model. Need help to implement the audio feedback and increase detection accuracy.
