Assistance for building a dynamic website which handles the basic functions of a society. Using jsp java servlet and MySQL Jdbc as backend.

I am looking for assistance in building a dynamic website/Webapp that will handle the basic functions of a society. The website will be built using JSP, Java Servlet, and MySQL JDBC as the backend.

Functions of the website:
- Member Registration and Login (Multiuser login for admin and members)

- CRUD operations for adding flat details and other details.
- Online Rent agreements.
- Society Events and Announcements
- Visitor Module

Design Style:
- The preferred design style for the website is minimalist.

Mobile Responsiveness:
- The website/Webapp does not need to be mobile responsive.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in JSP, Java Servlet, and MySQL JDBC. (Eclipse and Tomcat Apache server)
- Experience in building dynamic websites
- Familiarity with member registration and login systems
- Experience in managing events and announcements
- Knowledge of payment management systems
- Ability to design a minimalist website.
