Arbitrage trading bot

Hi, I am looking for a developer experienced in cryptocurrency arbitrage. I need a triangular arbitrage bot on multiple currencies but on the same Exchange(Binance), the bot will have to recognize the best arbitrage oppportunities and proceed with the transactions as fast as possible, if the opportunity is lost, you have to hold the asset until another arbitrage opportunity arises. For me it would be appropriate for the bot to be developed with Java technology, Spring Boot or Spring batch, at the moment I don't need a GUI I just need a report in excell or pdf showing me all the transactions with their ID and the profit or loss made. How much would such a bot cost me? Do you have any similar work you can show me or try?
