Application for Mac needed

I need application with the following criteria

- Work on Mac
- Supports .doc .docx .rtf and .pdf


Application work:

Let suppose I have a folder. inside that folder there are 10 (.doc or .pdf files)

- First thing app must do is to create write footer for all pages in each files in the folder-- will be provided later
- App must combine all files into ONE single file. ( so in our example. the 10 files will be united in one single file)
- App must give me option to insert multiple folders at same. not just one
- The exported file that we created should be saved in same original file that had the 10 files.
