App to combine single doc files into one file

I need someone to develop an application for me with the following:

I have .doc .docx or .rtf single files I need to combine them in one single PDF or .doc file
So in the app, i will have the option to select the files. then after clicking START. The app will merge all files in one single file. It is important that the content in output will follow the same order of the the selected files. For example: if I choose file 1 file 2 file 3 , the the output will include:
