Any Platform to connect Dialogflow for drag & drop chatbot builder

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a stand-alone chatbot builder specifically for WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should have experience in building chatbot builders and integrating them with WhatsApp.

Key requirements for the project include:

- Stand-alone chatbot builder: The client wants a chatbot builder that is not dependent on any existing platforms.
- WhatsApp integration: The chatbot builder should be able to connect with WhatsApp and enable the creation of chatbots for this platform.
