I need you to code the existing app to add features like in tiktok.

Note
- Preferably for those who lives in a country which tiktok is not banned
- Someone who knows how to make it without spending time on R&D. We will not want you to waste time on R&D to find out how to make it, because eventually big chance you can't do it. So it will waste of our time and money you charged.

Requirements
-Agree for fix rate for each feature based on milestones
- Passionate, I don't want to waste time, when you work for 2 weeks then u left because u just want to work for the money without passion.

B. If so can you make all the features look like in tiktok without spending time on R&D ?

C. Would you agree to be paid on fixed rate for each feature based on milestones ?
