Android java app developers (need more than 1)

I need you to code the existing app, fix bugs, add features, etc.
Requirements
-Agree for $3/hr for 10-40 hrs a week (depends how much we trust you, will increase rate after few months if good works).
- Passionate, I don't want to waste time, when you work for 2 weeks then u left because u just want to work for the money without passion.
-Very familiar with bitbucket git hub
-Responsive, responsible, and reliable
-Pace up with deadline
