Android application which connects to hardware over BLE protocol and communicate

to work on this project so that I can share the hardware device or we can connect over anydesk and I can check the running of application
Need someone who has worked on BLE protocol before and can make a 7-8 page android application which communicates with hardware over BLE protocol.
Application will be receiving msg over BLE from hardware and will send msg to hardware over BLE.
Experienced freelancer only please :)
