Android answering machine -- 2

My project is for an Android answering machine. The main purpose of the answering machine is to provide users with a way to block unwanted calls. Additionally, there will be the option for the user to customize certain settings, but not all settings. The user interface for this answering machine will be handled by voice prompts.
