Android-Auto Infotainment Ready APP Development - FUEL abc
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
We are looking for an company/Individual providing "Android Auto" application development team to create an Infotainment-ready app called FUEL abc. The app's main focus is to provide advanced navigation features and real-time trip cost tracking for users, with the added requirement of offline functionality.
One of the key features we require is for the app to work seamlessly offline, without internet connectivity. All the necessary data will be stored locally on the infotainment system. Once the system regains internet access, the app will automatically fetch the latest data from the internet and update the local storage. This way, users can access the app and its functionalities even when they don't have an active internet connection.
The app's navigation feature will rely on GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) for accurate positioning and guidance. Users will be able to navigate their trips using the app, even in areas with limited or no internet connectivity.
In addition to offline functionality, the app will gather data from various sources. Vehicle information, including speed, fuel level, make/model, engine size, fuel type, and the user's current location using GNSS, will be collected from the infotainment system. Users will also provide additional data such as country/state/city details, start and end locations, log entries, reminders, and emergency contact information for their family members.
To enhance the app's capabilities, we'll integrate the FUEL abc API, which has already been developed in Python. This API will provide essential data such as trip cost, cost per kilometer, mileage, range anxiety, fuel prices, vehicle cost analysis, log book entries, reminders, and trip summaries.
The successful candidate will need to ensure that the app functions seamlessly offline and can access the required data from the local storage on the infotainment system. When an internet connection is available, the app will automatically fetch the latest data. Navigation will primarily rely on GNSS for accurate positioning and guidance.
We want a long term relations, as the list of features may evolve over time. The developer should prioritize user security and compatibility with the Infotainment system. The app should pass all necessary tests for publication on Android Auto.
For a detailed breakdown of the project requirements, please refer to the attached PPT document. It provides a comprehensive list of features for our existing hybrid app.
