.Analytics app for Instagram. Android - iOS

I have a mobile application project that I want to run on Android and IOS Platforms. Instagram Analysis Tool.
With this application user can easily manage their Instagram account.
The application must not run through a server. (Instagram limited logins and api requests from different locations)
The Instagram API service does not share the information we request (There is a limit of 200 queries per hour.)
The way to get the data is to use the web view. When users run the application, they will log into their Instagram accounts via webview and the user's data will be analyzed in the background. (Lots of examples on AppStore and Google Play)
I need a developer to complete this project quickly.
I prefer Flutter or React Native for application.
You can search libraries on Github (There are many libraries.)
I will share data that needs to be analyzed while discussing the business.
