Algo Trading Development for NSE

I am an experienced trader with 17 years in options hedging strategies. Currently, I am trading manually, but I am looking to shift to algo trading. I need a coder who can help me develop an algorithm for live market data on NSE.
The initial project will involve coding a single strategy, specifically directional selling. This will be the starting point of a longer-term business relationship, as I will require assistance with further strategies and enhancements.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in a suitable programming language, preferably Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with developing trading algorithms
- Familiarity with options hedging strategies
- Ability to work with live market data
- Good communication skills for a long-term relationship.
