Addon for Microsoft Word / Excel

I need a Addon to be generated where
the user clicks on the addon and can get a dynamic qrcode image attached to the document head.
the addon will be credit based and will have a count on number of credits left.

the QRCode will be generated using a API Call to a Server,
and a document file will be created and the qrcode will be inserted automatically in the document .
once the file is saved we need another program to create a pdf from the doc file and upload to the central server
