Adding Java Code to CentOS CWPpro -- 2

I am using centos cwppro.
It is necessary to add a backend. Not loading. It used to work, but the tomcat service blocked it.
Also, I have code with embedded tomcat but it doesn't work even then.
I know there isn't much work in this one and I can't pay much. Good rating and $10.
Server maintenance is required in the future.
