Problem statement:
1. Build a java/python application as a container(get an open-source dummy project from GitHub) and copy it to ECR.
2. Create an ECS Cluster( instance count should be auto scale default min: 1 and max: 3 instances), along with the load balancer, route 53, self-signed certificate, etc. and expose it via AWS gateway.
3. Build a cloud watch dashboard for the infra and create an alert when the CPU and memory exceed 80%.
Infrastructure has to be spin up using cloud formation code.
