Ai API programming

I am looking for a programmer to develop an AI API for my project. The specific AI functionality that I need the API to perform is to read and convert multiple images into text. It should take multiple images that include tables(ex A ->252 B->4728 C->2626 and A B C being different numbers for different papers on different images. As a result it should add all together and give the sum of A B and C) I am open to any programming language for the API. The end application of the AI API will be a desktop software or any other way you might think of.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in AI programming and development
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing and Image Recognition
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java (or any other language)
