API for licensing shift from AWS to GoDaddy with C# -- 2

I have a Windows desktop-based software in C#. I need an online licensing system that requires a rest API token system. We will need a few API calls. I have already created code for API calls in the C# desktop software. I need help someone go through that code and implement it into the Godaddy hosting with a simple licensing app.
