ACO-GA Hybrid Algorithm DSL Development

I'm looking for a seasoned professional who can develop a Domain Specific Language (DSL) project using Xtext in Eclipse, aimed at creating new abstract commands for implementing an Ant Colony Optimization - Genetic Algorithm (ACO-GA) hybrid algorithm. The hybridization type is high-level and sequential, support for an interactive tuning.

Key Requirements:
- Command-line Interaction: The tuning process should be conducted via command-line interaction, rather than a graphical interface or simple interface with sliders and buttons. The freelancer should be comfortable developing a robust command-line based tuning system.
- Detailed Error Handling: error handling capabilities, with detailed error messages that come with suggestions for resolution. Basic error messages with line and column numbers or simply highlighting errors without messages will not suffice. (the need just for two error messages)
- Syntax Highlighting and Auto-Completion: The DSL should feature syntax highlighting and auto-completion to enhance usability.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Xtext and Eclipse
- Experienced in developing DSLs
- Familiar with ACO-GA hybrid algorithms
- Excellent command-line interface development skills
- Prior experience with syntax highlighting, error handling and auto-completion features in DSLs.
