Write some APIs in springboot and design website

I need someone to write some APIs in an spring boot project. The basic project setup in already there. Need to create some tables, write APIs. Schema for tables in also present. The output war file need to deployed in a tomcat server. Also a web-page needs to built for the same tomcat server.
