Need to write a backend for food ordering platform

I am looking for a backend developer to create a food ordering platform for multiple restaurants. The ideal candidate should be experienced with Java programming language and PostgreSQL database management system.
The platform will be a multi-restaurant system that allows customers to order food from different restaurants. The backend system should have the following features:
- User authentication and authorization
- Menu management for each restaurant
- Order management and tracking
- Notifications
- Integration with payment gateway
- Reporting and analytics
The developer should be able to work in an agile environment and have experience with REST API development. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team are also important.
