Looking for a team to develop an ecommerce theme system using thymeleaf

Hi, we are looking for a team to develop an ecommerce theme system using thymeleaf.
We will provide backend support (controller or restful api) using spring mvc.
This is pretty much like a shopify or woocommerce theme, so you create the theme, our client installs it in their ecommerce store, and they should be able to further customize it.
We are looking for long term relationship with a team who has experience with ecommerce theme development. Please only contact if you have had experience developing ecommerce themes.
