Creating a Spring boot starter for existing thread monitoring code

Hi,

I need to create a Spring boot starter and add a filter in it in existing thread monitor code.

The moment somebody uses my boot starter, they will be automatically configuring the filter. Need help in creating a boot starter application and creating a filter in it.
