Real Estate platform, specifically for rent and service management, which we need to complete.

the platform is mainly in Java Spring and Web Socket management. we need to complete the last specifications of the platform including the Chat and the insertion of the Stripe payment method. these are the major services in which we currently need to complete it. there would be others of lesser importance which we will be more exhaustive about later.
