Already developed application - reservation system

This Project is built in Spring boot JAVA + Angular 8 and was deployed on AWS.
This application has known bugs and will have to sort it later.
We want to proceed step by step here
We want this application to be up and running hence we need a developer with specialization required in OATH and Spring security. So one has to understand architecture, bring that project up and running as we had switched off all the AWS environments before lock down. Whatever help needs to be taken from existing document, no other developer is there to help.
After this application is up and running - will need someone to fix bugs, enhancements etc.
