I need someone to translate English to Japanese and vice versa

I am a hand knitwear designer and author. I am currently running a worldwide design contest. Most of the exchanges are done online in a forum. However, twice monthly there are live meetings held on Zoom. One meeting is for a primarily Japanese audience. The second meeting Is for an American and European audience. Approximately 50 people attend each meeting. My Japanese translator cannot cover the Japanese meetings on the dates below where there will be invited speakers from different parts of the industry.. The speakers will present and need translations during their approximate 1/2 hour presentations. I will be doing an introduction, then there will be one speaker. There will also be questions and answers for approximately 1/2 hour. In summary, I will need someone to translate during for 4 - 1 hour zoom presentations beginning on Friday February 18th through Friday April 1st. The meeting dates are: #1) Friday February 18th, #2) Friday March 4th, #3) Friday March 18th and #4) Friday April 1st. All meetings will be held at 9:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time to an audience in Japan where it will be Saturday at 11:00 A.M. Japanese Standard Time.
