Wedding Translation

I need half an hour (at noon of 10 August 2021!) of IN PERSON translation at a wedding ceremony in Islington London N1. The marriage registrar needs to be assured that the Japanese partner (who speaks English but not perfectly) has understood the English ceremony (the translator will be required to sign as a witness). The standard ceremony script will be available in advance.
