Japan Project

I'm looking to do a short film in Hiroshima, Japan. 20 to 30 minutes runtime. A tech or thriller would be great, but I'm open to possibilities. It should have some humor and a mix of Japanese and one or two Western cast. Knowledge of Japanese culture and Hiroshima specifically would be ideal.
