Hire a lawyer in Japan for a documentary project

I am working on a documentary which is focusing on Japanese Metabolism architecture. There is a building called the Nakagin Capsule tower that is set to soon be demolished. I am looking for a lawyer that can help obtain permissions for a film crew to enter and film the buildings capsules. As many as possible.
