Intermediate Japanese Exam Coaching

Job ID: 40256979

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I’m an intermediate Japanese learner who now wants to shift from casual study to serious exam preparation. My priority is passing proficiency exams—think JLPT or an equivalent certification—so everything we cover should be geared toward scoring well on test day.

Because I learn best face-to-face, I’m specifically looking for in-person classes. If you’re able to meet locally or arrange a realistic in-person setup, that will be the deciding factor. Online sessions can supplement the work, but the core of our interaction needs to be in the same room.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A structured, syllabus-driven program that targets the grammar, kanji, reading comprehension, and listening sections routinely tested at the intermediate level.
• Tailored practice exams with timed sections and detailed feedback so I can track progress against official benchmarks.
• Clear homework between sessions—enough to reinforce the lesson without overwhelming my schedule.
• Honest assessment of when I’m ready to book the exam and which level suits my current skill set.

We’ll agree on a weekly schedule, set measurable milestones, and adjust pacing based on mock-test results. If this fits your teaching style and you can commit to in-person instruction, I’d love to hear how you would structure the first month of lessons and what materials you typically use.
