Osaka Japan Tour Translater

Job ID: 40288785

Budget: $8 – $15 AUD

I’ll be in Osaka with one companion and we want a local foodie to show us the city’s best eats. Our priority is a culinary tour rather than general sightseeing, so please focus on authentic street-food spots—think takoyaki stands, kushikatsu alleys, mom-and-pop ramen counters—as well as a few atmospheric bars or izakaya where visitors are usually outnumbered by residents.

Ideal timing is an afternoon-into-evening crawl that lets us taste, walk, and learn about the neighbourhoods behind Dotonbori’s neon. We’re happy to take public transport between districts if it means discovering venues we’d never find on our own.

Deliverables I need from you:
• A customised, sequential itinerary (3–5 hours) with meeting point and approximate timing for each stop
• Guidance in English during the tour, including ordering help and short explanations of the dishes, ingredients, and local food culture
• Advice on any advance reservations or cash-only places we should prepare for

If you have insider connections—say, a stall where the owner will chat with us, or a bar pouring limited-release sake—please highlight that when you reply. Looking forward to tasting Osaka through your recommendations!
