Native home-based Japanese speakers for phone interviews in Japan

We are a Canadian company that specializes in customized data analysis for our clients. We are looking for home-based, part-time professional phone interviewers to call our client’s customers to inquire about their level of satisfaction in their relationship with our client. This position is not a telemarketing job; you will not be selling anything. However, you do represent the client and us; therefore, our professional standards of conduct are high.

Surveys will be conducted in Japanese and these need to be later translated to English. So, fluency in English is also required. Transcription and/or translation experience will be an advantage.

The script will be provided through our user-friendly web-based platform and outgoing calls will be made through the same platform. VoIP phone is also provided. Training is included.

With each respondent, you will strive to establish a trusting and meaningful phone dialogue to obtain their feedback and specific suggestions for service improvements. You will record the conversation using the software provided and transcribe all meaningful comments. You will need to be productive, but quality is an essential consideration.

Working hours: Flexible.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection with direct (cabled) access to the internet (note that mobile phone hotspot or mobile broadband connection are not suitable)
