Manga/Anime project

I am working on an Anime project based in true story. I am looking for a writer to help me making a proof of concept. As a part of the project i would like a Japanese translator/writer, who is willing to help me to contact a mangaka freelancer. For making the proof of concept in order to pitch the project to a potential investors.
