Kubota Supplier Liaison Needed

I need a fluent Japanese-English speaker to contact a supplier in Kubota, Yoshimi-cho and clear up several order details for me. This is a one-off assignment, but it involves both written and verbal communication. You will:

• draft a short email in Japanese that captures my questions about product specs, quantities, lead times, shipping options, and payment terms
• follow up with a brief phone call (or video call if the supplier prefers) to confirm the answers in real time
• translate the supplier’s replies into clear English for me
• deliver a concise report summarizing every point agreed, plus any next steps the supplier proposes

I’ll provide the current purchase order, my list of questions, and the supplier’s contact information as soon as we start. Experience with business etiquette in Japan, basic logistics terminology, and quick turnaround on translations will make this project run smoothly.
