Japanese-based Plant Seeds Sourcing Assistant

I am looking for someone based in Japan who can assist me with sourcing plant seeds and possibly live plants from a specific Japanese breeder.

I already have the breeder's name, and I will share this information privately if I accept your proposal.

Your job would include:

Contacting the breeder directly (communication in Japanese required)

Discussing availability, pricing, and shipping options for plant seeds and/or plants

Purchasing the items on my behalf

Receiving the items at your address in Japan

Preparing the items for international shipping to South Africa (EMS, DHL, FedEx, etc.)

Shipping the items safely to me

Optional (bonus):

Assisting with obtaining a phytosanitary certificate for live plants (if possible)

Requirements:
Must be located in Japan

Must be able to communicate in Japanese

Experience with online or in-person sourcing is a plus

Experience handling plants/seeds or international shipping is a bonus but not essential

I will cover:

The cost of the seeds/plants

Domestic shipping within Japan

Your service fee

International shipping to South Africa
