Japanese Video Editing

I have a video that was oringally in English. I have since dubbed the audio into Japanese. Now, I need someone who is familiar with both English and Japanese to cut up the audio and move it around so it matches with the English captions provided on the video. As of now, the audio does not account for audio breaks, and simply reads through the words. However, the video has many breaks and pauses in the audio that the new voice over needs to account for. In total the video is about 10 minutes long.

Again, I need someone who is fluent in Japanese and heavily familiar with English to (hopefully using FCPX), detach the audio, and splice it up so it matches the English subtitles and what is going on in the video at the time. Thank you!
