Japanese to English Translation Needed for Research about Pre-Meiji Coins

I'm doing a lot of research into a specific series of pre-Meiji Japanese coins, and currently need a ~50 character passage translated from Japanese to English. It's from a book and is a quote from a 1674 document, though it does seem to have been revised to modern kanji/hiragana. A couple terms will likely require background info (which I'm happy to provide) for the context to be clear. If it goes well, I'll likely have more passages on the topic in the future and would love to find a single translator to work with.
