Japanese English Phone Calls

I am looking for someone with strong knowledge of both English and Japanese, with experience in the arts or classical music concerts and business negotiations, to handle phone calls lasting no longer than 5 minutes. The conversations will need to be handled in both Japanese and English, so the candidate must have proficiency in both languages. Cultural knowledge of Japan is a must, so if the candidate possess excellent communication skills and a good work ethic, it is an advantage.
