Japan Movie Director

I am looking for a Japan-based movie director who can produce a drama short film for me. I have a specific theme and storyline in mind that I would like to see brought to life on the screen. The ideal candidate will have experience in directing drama films and be able to work within the confines of a short film format. They should also have a deep understanding of Japanese culture and be able to capture the nuances of everyday life in Japan. The film should be under 40 minutes in length and should be shot on location in Japan.
