Hiroshima Form Submission & Interpreter
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I need someone already in Hiroshima who can walk into the Hiroshima City Cultural Foundation / Community Exchange Plaza (M-Plaza), complete a form on my behalf, and hand it over at the counter. I will email you every detail the form asks for. I will also outline exactly how each field should be written, so the task is straightforward—just copy the information, sign where instructed, and submit.
Once the form is filed, please send me a quick photo of the finished document and any receipt or confirmation the desk gives you. That completes this initial job.
Looking ahead, I will be in Hiroshima in October for an event at the same venue and will need the same person to stand beside me as an English↔Japanese interpreter on the day and possibly at a few related meetings. If everything goes smoothly with the form, we can agree on those additional dates separately.
Essential requirements
• You live in or near Hiroshima and can visit M-Plaza during their office hours.
• You speak both Japanese and English well enough to interpret in person later.
• You can follow my written instructions exactly and report back promptly.
