English to *JAPANESE* Translator [E-Commerce] Long-Term Position

Hello *JAPAN*

We are currently hiring a new translator to join our team.

We are an expanding eCommerce brand seeking talented and professional *ENGLISH to JAPANESE* translator.

What is it about:
- Translating an e-commerce website
- Translating Ad copies
- Translating Social media captions
- Email & SMS marketing messages

You must be:
- Native in your targeted language.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience in translation, preferably in eCommerce.
- Understanding of cultural contexts and localizing content.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

* When we mean translation, we also mean localization! Translation is never a 1 to 1 thing.
* The translator must be local and from the targeted country.

The bulk of the translation work will be provided initially, followed by regular daily/weekly tasks communicated through our Slack channel. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term translation project and be part of a growing, dynamic team.
