Change a flyer picture and browse 3 japanese PDFs

NATIVE japanese speaker needed.

1) I need to change the picture on the JP_FLyer to be similar to the one of UK Flyer.
2) I need you to read through the 3 UK and 3 JP documents and let me know if the JP version are good quality and up to date compared to the UK. (= maybe a little text editing)

If you are experience in PA, Sales, Marketing i may have more need for your assistance.
