need spring boot and Angular developer

need to develop new project from scratch withing 4-5 months and
total team length is 4 and I
need two more developers.

angular11 3 yr experience ( fixed budget : 3,60,000)
requirements :
1) Customer and Admin Interface
2) Full functionality for rating, label printing, scheduling, tracking, repeat order and cancelling the order.
3) Auto populate address, address book and product list.
4) setup Email alerts for customers as needed
5) Account set up for Credit and Credit Card, this includes processing all types of credit card transactions
6) Carrier API integration for Courier and LTL.
9) Reports generation / excel reports download functionality
10)Ability to generate shipments via API
11)Customer registration page using a credit card
12)Application testing for the developed features and modules
