Implementing QR Code in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.11 XML Publisher (BI Publisher)

I’m rolling out QR-code capabilities inside Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.11 and need a specialist who can guide me through both the code integration and the configuration setup required to leverage the licensed IDAutomation Java library (link below).
The goal is to have every XML Publisher (BI Publisher) report—whether its template is RTF or XSL-FO—emit a PDF that already contains a properly rendered QR code. These codes will serve two purposes at once: secure data validation and fast, reliable access to the encoded information.
Key areas I want you to cover
• Incorporate the IDAutomation classes into the Oracle apps tier so they are recognised by the BI Publisher runtime.
• Adjust the publisher configuration and any necessary Java loader files so the classes resolve cleanly during PDF generation.
